Opening Day

Carrie got us all tickets for the Reds Opening Day game. The weather wasn't exactly what we were hoping for, but I think the icy rain actually made it even more fun! Okay, we would have loved 70 degrees and sunny, but it was a whole lot more fun than being at work and we ended up having a great time...

Spring Break Kickoff

We saw that Saturday looked like our only hope to use our new zoo pass, so we headed to the zoo that morning. Sam had a blast! His favorite animals were definitely the polar bears and the weasel (mostly because they were the most active animals we saw). He kept growling at the polar bears - pretty cute. After a long nap that afternoon we headed to Quatman Cafe for some burgers and then UDF malts. Sam finally figured out how to use a straw and did NOT want to stop once he got a taste of my malt! I think he would have eaten the entire thing if I'd let him - definitely a chip off the old block...

Grrrr.....
